The Partner Portal is a one-stop online resource that centralizes information on industrial sites, demographic data, and provincial resources, making it easier for our municipal partners to support investors in accessing the information they need.

Toronto, Ontario, August 22, 2024 — Invest Ontario is proud to unveil its new Partner Portal, a centralized resource hub designed to enhance collaboration between Invest Ontario, municipalities, and other key stakeholders in attracting investment. This innovative digital platform offers sophisticated, essential information from multiple sources, thoughtfully presented to pragmatically support investor decision-making and drive business growth across Ontario.

The Partner Portal is a key part of the agency’s 'Team Ontario' framework, which strengthens collaboration between Invest Ontario and its partners. These partnerships streamline investment attraction efforts, ensuring that investors receive consistent and coordinated support from all levels of government when deciding where to invest in Ontario.

Key Features of the Partner Portal:

• GIS Sites and Data Platform: Access to a state-of-the-art GIS platform, powered by ZoomProspector, that automates industrial development site submissions and provides advanced data analytics to help identify prime investment locations in Ontario.
• Comprehensive Resources: Ability to explore and utilize case studies, infographics, videos, and reports that highlight Ontario’s competitive advantages for investors.
• Event Calendar: Information and tracking of upcoming investment events and conferences, where Invest Ontario and partners will be available, to maximize collaboration and networking opportunities.
• Community Discourse Forum: Coming in 2025, a forum exclusively within the Partner Portal for sharing insights and leading practices in economic development among partners.
